POTENTIAL ROOKIE IMPACT:  CARLOS CORREA (SS) and RHP MARK APPEL should be on the club by season end.

COMMENTS:  The Astros are still nowhere but rebuilding. The bubblegum and shoelace starting lineup will offer little protection to budding superstar CHRIS CARTER.
