POTENTIAL ROOKIE IMPACT:Except for ANTHONY DESCLAFANI most rookies are a couple of seasons away.

COMMENTS:   The Reds are in a rebuilding phase whether they know it or not. Despite a good rotation they are short on bats and have relatively little depth. .
